Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This notice explains how personal data of visitors to this website is processed, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is Gisa Haute Couture Weddings, Via del Mare Terme 120, 98050 Terme Vigliatore (ME), P.IVA 14289580962.

For any request concerning your data, write to info@gisaweddings.com.

What we collect

Data you give us. When you fill in the contact form you provide your name, email address and — if you choose to add them — telephone number, wedding date, service of interest and the content of your message.

Technical data. As with any website, the server records IP address, date and time of the request and browser type. This serves security and diagnostics and is not used to profile you.

Statistical data. With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages viewed, source, device type). Without consent, GA runs in a cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode): it may send Google only aggregate, anonymous measurements, without setting cookies; cookies are enabled only if you consent. The cookies involved are listed in the Cookie Policy. We carry out no behavioural advertising and no individual profiling.

Why we process it

Contact form data is processed to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up related to a quote or an engagement. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Technical data is processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Statistical data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the foot of the page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact — unless a contract follows, in which case statutory retention periods for contractual and tax records apply.

Server logs are kept for a limited period according to the hosting provider's settings.

Who it is shared with

Data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

It may be processed on our behalf, as data processors, by the hosting provider that runs the website and the mailbox. Where planning your wedding requires it, some data may be shared with the suppliers involved (venue, catering, photographers and the like), always limited to what is necessary and with your agreement.

If you consent to statistics, that data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) as data processor, solely for the Google Analytics service.

Where it is processed

The website and mailbox are hosted on servers located in the European Union.

If you consent to statistics, Google Analytics may involve a transfer of data to the United States: Google LLC adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for the transfer. Even before consent, in cookieless mode, some anonymous measurements may reach Google in the United States on the same basis.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights, write to info@gisaweddings.com. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
